It is an excellent Android environment for testing different applications before installing them on the Android mobile. In my personal case, it is very useful for implementing Android developments from a virtual machine to which I have assigned 2 MB of RAM and a processor with 2 logical cores, with which my Remix OS runs perfectly well. I have not had problems running native applications such as games, office packages, or web browsers, which is great because other Android systems I have tried often leave the virtual machine hanging or close unexpectedly, especially when testing games.

It's an easy to install and easy to use desktop version of the Android Operating System. There are not a ton of options for this, and less that have the amount of compatibility that Remix OS touts.

I can have a similar android OS with apps on my home computer. Which can allow me to play games on a bigger screen than just my phone. It is another OS which you can just have, to install google apps you enjoy.
