Their Amazon price matching tool was easy to setup and worked great for some of our items, then it completely crashed our inventory and caused Jazva to stopped working.. When Jazva worked for a brief period of time, it actually integrated some of our major sales channels. There's significant potential in this software to be usable and adaptive to our work environment however it is a mess.

The dashboard was good and we liked the support team but they were overworked and couldn't help as much as we needed.

Their pushy sales rep that lied to us throughout the entire signup process of what Jazva could do, who also led us to believe we were getting a good deal and that the development time would be far less than what it actually was. They promised us great features and even better results for our company and it was all a bunch of lies.
