What I liked about Jaggaer in my first encounter with this product was how much it was simplified in terms of dashboard display hence out-of-the-box it required minimum customization to get it started and because of that factor, it smoothened my procurement process and workflow. Another feature that made me like this product was the consistency of software updates which is a feature that improved my experience with this product because in a short space of time most of my problems within this product including bugs and lags were solved through these updates. More so I liked that the developers have a platform that they use to listen to feedback from clients and use all that feedback to improve the product through updates. I also liked that Jaggaer provided a communication platform between me and the suppliers which were very helpful in making sure I can revise any contracts with my suppliers or approve any proposals instantly. Using this feature improved my organisation image among suppliers because it promoted professionalism to be easily practised in terms of communications.
