I like quite a few things about Optima when I first came across this product. Like most modern software it has cloud deployment feature enabling a small business to run its operations more effectively. At the price of just over a hundred bucks I think it's a brilliant cloud based solution for opticians and medication stores. Their live support is also worth mentioning and they do stand behind their product. Flow of data is excellent and high workflow integration minimizes the risk of error. From the point of medical examination to the retail order placement it works perfectly in a tightly knitted environment.
