The monitoring system has improved immensely. While it is primarily used to pull transcripts as needed, we also monitor the IRS account of clients that contract with us to provide that service. With monitoring we get to inform the client they will be receiving the notice and what we believe it may be concerning.

I love how easy it is to use! I've used similar products in the past, but they were always so clunky and "overdone." IRS Solutions is easy to use, easy to navigate, and doesn't overwhelm the user with filler that isn't necessary. There isn't a long learning curve, as much of the platform is easy to figure out. We use it daily with great success!

The simplicity and intuitive flow.The TABS are simple and too the point without unnecessary bells & whistles. The PDF preview is great for when I need to see the IRS forms for proofing. NOTES: I just found this feature now and it is a feature I use on other programs. I like having a place to take notes on the fly. The Letter Templates & Documents areas are one of the main reasons I like IRS Solutions because the time wasted on correspondents adds up quickly. Keep it simple because tax is already complicated enough. IRS Solution also has the best people to work with for someone who is NOT tech savy.
