The AI has been trained on thousands of hours of audio, meaning it will remove all the standard noises that interrupt your calls (e.g. coughing, traffic, washing machines, loud colleagues, and keyboard tapping) as well as more unusual noises you may encounter. Some of IRIS Clarity’s features include zero latency, low CPU requirements, and bi-directionality. I think the clarity is what makes IRIS Clarity impressive. When we listen back to the calls or hear comments from our customers, our conversations are clear and understood, which is vital in our area of business, customer protection, to avoid any misunderstanding or mishearing. Additionally, setting up IRIS Clarity was very easy with the team's support, and they've been available to us virtually all the time, making the relationship great. I would rate IRIS Clarity a 10 as it is a no-brainer for the customer services industry, especially with agents in close proximity to each other, helping us hear our customers clearly without interruptions from colleagues or background noise, supporting a seamless customer journey.
