It is easy to use, lightweight application with practical features. I use it on my computers as the default image viewer. It has translation for my language (Portuguese - Brazil), and it can open almost any type of file.

According to me, it is the best image viewer available on the internet till date. The performance is just tremendous, it can open almost all the formats whichever the major sizes in micro seconds, I mostly used opening a 32bit HDRI image from that and that too with lots of easy panning and zooming feature.
