I like the interface as it's user-friendly and I can access it from any browser. The mobile apps are good and allow for two hours of connectivity even if I am idle. Setting up for teams is quite a breeze and the cost is quite low. It is mostly text-based and that makes it a lot easier to use. Sharing files is easy as we can just put them up on the server and share the links.

IRCCloud is just IRC with a friendly, easy-to-use interface that is accessible via the web from anywhere. It's extremely easy to use for clients who aren't used to this kind of thing, and they can access it from tablets, phone and desktop. It's lightweight in terms of management, which is always nice.
