This was the only tool I found that allowed me to export all the e-mail correspondence I accummulated in 6.5 years of working as a professor at one university, when I was moving to another university. Outlook for Mac wasn't allowing me to get my mails, and IT support was not helpful. I tried various things, and none worked. Finally I hit on this, and with some astoundingly good e-mail support, I found a way. Thanks to this software, I managed to keep all that mail. I really appreciate it.

Easy to use, and easy to implement. Good number of features. Integration was easy. One of the good featuers is Protection against ransomware attacks for mail data and Offline access to Mail data archives.

The feature of Mail Backup X that impressed me most is the easy user interface which makes it simple to back up our mail. It allows us to back up our emails automatically.
