When we made the switch to Inteum from another vendor it was an easy sell - we had been struggling for literally months to get our on-line invention disclosure capability to work - but with Inteum we were up and running in a relatively short time (though it took some learning on our part). Also like the Form Letter capability - we now have 30 self-populating form letters so we can communicate with both our inventors and outside counsel on many of the activities associated with the patent prosecution process.
