Inteum is very easy to learn how to use. It is a great way to keep the agreements and intellectual property for your company organized. I especially like the fact that you can add a termination date so that you do not have to go in and update when an agreement is terminated.

Inteum has been in business for many years, is sustainable, affordable and meets regularly with clients to ensure their software provides end-to-end solutions. The activity generation and follow up functionality is very valuable and a unique product offering bundled with all the other attributes. You can decide if your organization only needs to use some of the modules vs the full product offering without giving up on any of the functionality. Their customer service is exceptional to ensure the system meets your unique organizational requirements - they don't want you to buy something that you cannot or will not use.

In my assessment of IP licensing products, it is best of breed for most academic TLOs.
