Time and Life Saver for any engineering leader who is looking to scale their team

- Finding the right candidate for a profile is hard. As a small team, it is very difficult to spend a lot of hours interviewing candidates. IV's standardised interview process helps filter out majority of the candidates and the inhouse pipeline gets much refined. - The speed at which you can process say 20 candidates for 1 open role - Detailed feedback report that you get for each candidate
