1. Support was very responsive. I wrote on a Sunday afternoon in the chat on their website and they replied immediately and offered a call for the next day. The call was perfect and clarified quickly all my doubts 2. Reactive to feedback. Had some issues with the initial sign up and asked for some changes in the product – again very responsive support and fixed the issue quickly 3. Offer AI integrated with video interviews. That's exactly what I was looking for to automate recruiting. There are still not that many variables in the automatic AI feedback provided but those already present are quite good

They don’t have to stress about interview prep, missing appointments, or not presenting their best. This tool allows them to do each interview over in the way they want to present themselves best. 4. Interviews are difficult. Many times, you don’t get the full information without reviewing session recordings. This app eliminates the need for review. It prints transcript answers of all video questions. And catches subtle things that a human may miss.
