Excellent Support!

The support I receive is the best. Any time of the day i can reach out for help and receive immediate support by phone or by email. The person i deal with from Toronto is very knowledgeable and great to deal with. Thank you so much for always trying to help our Organizational needs. Snare is a really great product!

Excellent experience with Snare so far

The phone support staff worked with me for the initial installation which was a breeze. When it came time for an upgrade all I had to do was run the installer over the previous version which made the process quick and painless.
