It's the most comprehensive app that combines customer support and engagement functions at one place. Since it is all managed by one app, it works very smoothly. There are no multiple apps to manage. The Intercom app works out great to handle customer chats and tickets. It comes very handy. What i also love is the marketplace and the integrations with the different apps. It's like customer is requesting features in chat and in very next second, we can push it to clickup. Amazing.
