First of all, I like the user interface, it is so clean and organized.
I also like the most about the Intercom is, Integration with any plateform for reaching out the customer to the support center for any help. It is so convenient.
The tool is easy to use and has great UI. It is easy to manage several chats and collaborate with external support teams. It also has many great features to organize and manage ongoing and closed conversations. Plus, it's very versatile and offers features for in-product communication, help centers, etc. Oh, and their customer support is super helpful.
Intercom combines all the tools you need to handle a large volume of queries with the personal elements added in to make every interaction feel conversational. Our team uses Intercom for all customer support inquries and it works across all situations. Integrating Intercom with our software was easy and quick.
