I use Intercm to interact with my customers. It is very useful tool allowing quick info sharing with customers as live chat and screenshot sharing.
Also useful is the "ring alert" when a new message comes up.
I do really love how it is integrated with AI options, it makes everything so smooth.

And it makes everything easy by implementing new Ideas, and new features all the time.
It is easy to use, and has the most powerful and easy interface to use.
How easy it is to use and how customizable their macros are, it allows to handle hundreds of chats a day with no great effort.
Another thing I love is the easy it is to implement in a new business.
It also allows to integrate another useful tools to obtain a high detail level on the conversations. It is also the tool I prefer to use daily to support the customers of the business.
