Intercom mechanics experience Feedback

I like it best when we can use third-party AI assistance like Grammarly without experiencing any bugs or issues. I like it even more because the interface is very simple which makes it easier for us/ me to navigate the tool.

Great tools - great support

|Intercom
The power of the segmenting and automation of messages allows us to manage a much larger client base with the level of support we want. And all the tools across the platform help us to keep our messaging clear and our support fun. In addition, Intercom offers really excellent support to their clients, both in response to specific questions, and in education with great webinars.
