I specially use Email marketing feature to reach out my client who don't know about me and gain sales from them. It has Document Storage which help in keeping my docs safe. It has Internal Chat Integration which help me in chatting with client easily and manage sales from there only.

I like the aspect of territory management. Many CRM's I use don't have that functionality in the sense that you enter your companies, and it's on you to manage the territory. Another great feature is the innate calendar/reminder system.
