If you need anything more than a basic barebone integration(and who doesn't?) you need Integration.app's team! We needed to quickly connect two integrations not offered out-of-the-box on any platform, including Integration.app. We've reached out to the Integration.app's team and they kindly offered to build the integration for us for a small fee. The feedback loop was extremely fast thanks to the slack channel with tens of messages flying back and forth each week. Whenever we've found a bug it was investigated within 24 hours and the engineers were extremely helpful to us. Working with Integration.app allowed us to have a standardised input into our system which is now integration-agnostic thanks to Integration.app doing the heavy lifting for us. Would recommend!

The ability to scale and handle multiple integrations across a multi-tenated environment is a huge need of ours. In addition to having a great way of managing universal data models to handle different kinds of similar integrations, the ability to customize based on the uniqueness is very important.
