I like that it is very easy to use and it is more than an OCR, it allows me to automate the accounting process from start to finish. The technical support is of great quality and the staff is friendly. The program identifies 90% of the invoices, even the most problematic ones, and relieves a lot of workload. It allows us to work on the quarterly closing with quite a bit of ease.
