A decent and responsive system

I like that Ingeniux works as a headless and decoupled CMS. It really gives us the ability to work in the manner that we'd need depending on the project. I also like that we have a lot of flexibility to build custom apps within Ingeniux for additional functionality.

Ingeniux CMS is easy for authors and the technical support is great.

The personalized technical support, is the best. If an email can't answer the issue, IGX support staff gets on the phone or on a webex meeting to work through the issues. Once a solution is found, they usually summarize the solution back to you in an email. This is great for documenting the solution for future reference.
