Great customer service and promising down-funnel metrics

Very well organized with logistics and set up. Being at an agency, I work with several reps and account managers and that can sometimes vary by client. With Infuse, I typically work with the same team across clients. They are organized in setting up the campaigns and proactively optimize promotional text/copy for emails. I also really appreciate their end of campaign reporting, which many vendors don't send these days.
