Their response times, reactiveness, and attention to detail are impeccable, and they have made the lift on my side as light as possible. For responsiveness reference, I often email during the later evening timeframe, and of course do not expect a response in real time — Chris emails back a confirmation that he has received by request and that the ball is in his court, and will take next steps to secure an answer or an action item to throw back my way, within at the most, mere hours.
