The visual customization options are better than anything I’ve used before. It feels more like a website than a generic store. The full branding capabilities make it easy to capture a client’s brand accurately, and the UI/UX is quite nice as well. API integration has been great. We’re tied into our MIS, UPS, FedEx, and Avalara Tax. The system is fast and responsive, and I’ve had little to no downtime with Infigo. My favorite part of Infigo, though, is the SUPPORT team. No one I’ve worked with previously can compare. It’s a top-class operation: quick intervention, easy to understand, accountable and always have the answer I am hunting.

I like the openness of the Infigo platform, which allows us to make changes on an individual storefront. This flexibility is a big plus compared to our previous templated solutions. I love the monthly newsletters and updates, as they keep us informed about the changes made to the platform. The platform itself has a newer look and feel and offers advanced options we were looking for. The ability to connect to other applications via API is another feature I appreciate, giving us flexibility by integrating with other print automation software. The staff at Infigo are great; they typically resolve issues quickly and efficiently and are willing to answer questions about the platform, which is refreshing.
