And the "idea funnel" metaphor is very well implemented: Ideas can be rated in customisable ways to identify what's most worth pursuing and track what actually gets done. The interface is slick, self-explanatory and easily adaptable to your own brand. And it certainly helps to have motivational pictures on team missions with the integrated Unsplash image search. Overall: Great concept, very well implemented!
