Excellent VDR elevated by top form Customer Success Rep.

|Ideals Virtual Data Room
The VDR is very intuitive. I did not use the tutorial and dived straight into using it. The Customer Success Manager whom I liaise with deserves a raise. He surpasses customer expectations on all fronts: 1) Helpfulness in getting queries met; 2) Very understanding in billing terms; 3) Responsive on weekends; and 4) Is not pushy by consultative in approach.
