ID Data Web has been an excellent company to work with. Support has been responsive, the platform has been highly available and the backend services are constantly evaluated for improvement and performance. We were able to get up and running within days due to the way the platform allows for quick deployment and ID Data Web engineers are there to assist. We also appreciate that they do not retain any data used during the transaction which is important to keep us all out of the news.
