I like how easy it is to create, edit and schedule my emails out to my followers. From start to finish I can get a quality email out in five-ten minutes. The analytics that are provided help me personalize how I communicate with my community. I don't use the templates as much, but scanning them gives me ideas. I have used iContact for over 10 years.
