I've been using iCapture for over a year and what I love most is that it saves us time. After a lead is captured it goes directly into our CRM. If business cards are scanned and not recognized, iCapture has a team on the backend that will identify and plug in the appropriate information. A reminder to download the leads is sent right after the conference.
