I like the interface on the app and the ability to scan business cards or badges, but the best feature is the 24/7 availability and quick response rate of the support team. Nights and weekends they've been available if and when needed.
That it's an app based system - anyone working the tradeshow can have the program on their own device to capture leads. No need to rent 3rd party devices. As the administrator, its simple to set up each event and the ability to customize each event is very valuable.
