Very few companies I've encountered have ever responded as quickly. Not only are they super fast, but also very knowledgeable of their system and fix any errors quickly or get my event set up very quickly. I can go to them with a shot-in-the-dark type question and they never make me feel dumb for not knowing how to do something and help out the best they can. They don't shy away from taking time to walk you through how to set up an event and make sure you know all you need to be set up for success. For someone still new to this industry, these extra bits of hand-holding are so appreciated!
