We use IATS for our annual Carpenters' Ball Gala. We have enjoyed working with the IATS staff that is on-site during our event. They are very helpful and knowledgeable about the IATS Payments processing.

We are a non-profit school and the iATS Customer Service understands this difference. Their interface is simple and easy to use. Detailed information is readily accessible regarding the donations and individual transactions. Tech support is also very responsive and their communication regarding outages or updates is outstanding. The few times I have had to contact iATS, I was able to a real live person! All of the techs have been highly competent and were able to help me right away with my requests. Kudos!
