Hyperbound lets us simulate advanced scenarios with our teammates who are brand new and seasoned in the freight and logistics industry, which means they get an opportunity to fine-tune their value proposition, get to experience key objections, and ultimately build up their confidence in having 1-on-1 conversations with current and potential clients. This speeds up training and significantly reduces the amount of friction on live calls with real people, letting them hit the ground running from that very first call. Hyperbound is also very easy to use, it has a pleasant UI and requires no training of its own for making calls. That ease of use extends into the initial setup and configuration as well, but Hyperbound still set aside several sessions to onboard us, walking us through strategy on building profiles and spent time helping us craft how to used the tool.

It is very focused around sales and the experience is very real. I have done calls to customers for more than 5 years and coach IT sellers on how to sell. This tool is a must have for the future in coaching. It grants me the opportunity to train on a certain aspect and then have sellers try it out in a practical way before reviewing and coaching again. This is perfect for training purposes. Especially at large scale. Besides the support from the Hyperbound team is extremely good. Sometimes I can have an issue on something and they fix it while I sleep (Im based in Europe) so that when I log into the platform the next day it works as I want. Hyperbound provides all the features I need for coaching right now and even give me ideas of ways I can improve my training.
