It's easy to "get lost" in a sales cycle. Taking the time to understand the "treasure map" aka Org Chart of where everybody in the company sits and who they likely report to, is time well spent. The worst thing a strategic/enterprise/mid-market sales person can do with any deal or opportunity to is get "siloed" with 1 contact. In using Hundred Handshakes, every salesperson has an opportunity to expand their deal and figure out how they can build inroads to new contacts. There's hardly any learning curve. The LinkedIn plugin makes it effortless to import contacts. Reps are much more likely to take the time and build their account maps because of the ease of use.
