Hudu makes it easy for our team to share passwords and knowledge. We have been able to cut down on "tribal knowledge", which makes onboarding and offboarding team members much more smooth. It is a powerful tool that is really what you make of it, allowing you to decide how in depth you want to go or in what ways you want to use it. I particularly like that you can export the entire system for an easy handoff. We periodically export a handoff document (which ends up being hundreds of pages) and put it in an envelope with a tamper evident seal, and place that in a fireproof filing cabinet, as well as a second copy offsite. In the event that something unthinkable happens to myself, my team, or our physical facilities, I am confident that this document would help get our company infastructure back up and running quickly and smoothly.
