On of the things that I like about Hudu is they seem to keep evoloving their oproduct without looseing or going off the path of what they originally set out to be. It is always just a solid profuct for our team.

Simple setup - simple configuration. adding KB articles and making them public is very simple for clients to see. we haven't implemented client-facing as of now, as our RMM manages that.
