Well laid out interface, logical and intuitive

We were looking for a place to store our documentation, this works perfectly! We wanted to do a small about of asset tracking, this fits the bill also!

I love how easily organized it makes our company in terms of customer documentation. Paired with all of the integrations it can link with and pull data, using Hudu was a no brainer when it came to finding a documentation tool that fit our needs as an MSP. We use the tool daily and it's up there with our top 3 tools we utilize. Reaching out to customer support has always been a pleasant experience with response times in under an hour most times. The ability to self-host the application was also a key difference where we like to maintain our keys to the kingdom with the utmost security, and not have to rely on external cloud vendors.
