It's a great way to keep track of all of our IT and systems passwords in one place, rather than referencing sprawling spreadsheets that are difficult to find and keep up to date. Also a good way to record some standardized IT service processes like onboarding and offboarding.

Its an amazing alternative to ITGlue, basically has feature parity and better because its not Kaseya owned. Love this product, features are great, and they keep making it better. Easy to implement, easy to use. Our team uses this product everysingle day and the integrations we're relatively easy to setup. They support team is a breath of fresh air, out of all the vendors I've dealt with over the years there support team doesn't appear to be KPI driven, will work with you and keep your ticket open no matter how long it takes, until its resolved. We love Hudu.

Upsides are customizable Templates, all features like assset management, security, ..... hudu does so much better than others.
