It's extremely accessible. You don't need to know much about a CRM to get running with it. Everything is logically laid out and if you use relationships correctly it makes keeping track of users super easy.
We came from non documentation / spreadsheet management to Hudu. It was easy to self host and secure. Pricing is reasonable, and they regularly release new versions with new features.
As an small MSP (3 man), we were able to build out our documentation and better organize our processes.
The newer version is also much faster than the original for lookups.
Simple management and integration with Syncro. Setup and Import is well documented as well. Mobile app is also great for in the field. Support has been great to work with also.
