I use Hudu daily for passwords, KB articles, asset tracking, and integrating with our PSA, RMM, and Microsoft 365. The migration from ITGlue was super easy. By far though the best thing about it is active development. It's NOT a VC-owned platform with no support or development (like ITGlue or Confluence) - new features are added monthly, some of them quite major improvements, and their support is great, but even better is the community support from things like MSPGeek and public Github scripts.
