We came from non documentation / spreadsheet management to Hudu. It was easy to self host and secure. Pricing is reasonable, and they regularly release new versions with new features. As an small MSP (3 man), we were able to build out our documentation and better organize our processes. The newer version is also much faster than the original for lookups.
