I have nothing negative to say. Again they kept our implementation so streamlined and efficient for us. I have been through several implementations, and this one was excellent with some challenges as expected but they were addressed.

The folks at HRMS solutions are dependable and knowledable. Their planning, communication, and execution is excellent and their customer service was impressive.

HRMS provided us with a blue printing session that allowed us to plan and fill in gaps needed prior to the implementation even starting with UKG. Our HRMS consultant was a great source of knowledge during the implementation and was able to dive in and understand the unique needs of our organization and how to configure the system to best support our company.
