HR Acuity is just what we needed for data integrity and ease!

We moved from HR Acuity from another employee relations data collection software company and we couldn't be more pleased from the moment of sale, implementation, IT, and help support tickets. There are so many things to like/love about HR Acuity: 1. Ease of entry of cases and investigations 2. Customization of your fields that support your systemic language within your organization 3. User friendly for all learners 4. Forwarding an email to a HRA case - this has changed our lives, no more saving emails and uploading 5. Data dashboards are easily customizable and you can view your case loads quickly 6. Data trends are displayed on entry so you can easily identify if you are seeing trends 7. Moving an ER case to an investigation with the ease of a button 8. We are tracking multiple items in HRA from employee relations cases, employee relations investigations, Title IX, and ADA compliance. 9. We are using one webform but are planning on expanding using this feature for the ease of the user and the ability to move submissions to a case, assign to the proper case manager, and track with ease! We have been impressed with every step of the process. Our IT partners even commented, "this has been one of the easiest and most planned implementation we have ever seen."

You had me at ER Database......

HR Acuity allows me, as an ER Case Manager, to know in the moment the case load of my entire team. I am able to make work load decisions in no time at all. Additionally, the data that is collected is used to show our ebb and flow throughout the year. We are in education and our employees have busy times that mirror our caseloads. I am also able to assist our Training and Development team on trends in specific areas and how best the training efforts can be used with the most impact. Data is also used to judge our team's needs for requests of additional team members, both regular positions and temporary.

HR Acuity is our best investment in Employee Relations

HR Acuity allows us to quickly create new cases to capture all complaints; manage investigations in a central database; and analyze investigations data, informing opportunities for our team to proactively identify risk areas and deploy mitagation strategies. Overall, from the implementation, intregration, team training, to "go live" was a seamless process with great resouces available and the customer service from the HR Acuity team exceeded our expecations.
