There are a number of tools out there that provide some of the things that this tool has; however none that provide all to my knowledge. The truth is, for the price and what you get you really can't beat it. The software itself is pretty easy to use and it works well.

I provides a good set of automation tools to handle things like email, voicemail drops, call followups, email replies, call routing for multiple agents, local numbers etc It's somewhat easy to get up to speed.
