Hook is amazing for visibility - to see account usage/engagement at a high level, but also the ability to drill down into specifics. Great way to get ahead of potential churn and help customer's who may need it prior to them potentially cancelling at renewal, with zero notice prior to. Love that I can also see licence whitespace.
