I loved the Hook software as soon as I saw it in action. It's simple but powerful, easy to access exactly the data you need and shows me board ready forecasts as well as boots on the ground CSM reports and triggers.

Hook uses our platform's own data to predict renewals, expansion and platform adoption. Most of the predictions (~80%) are pretty accurate. What really impressed us is that Hook is able to take in all our platform feature usages, contract and renewals data and derive what features in the platform would drive higher renewal/expansion results.
