I like how easy it is to navigate. Some CRMs can be ugly to look at our difficult-to-find certain tools, however I find Homey to be fairly clean and easy to use when it comes to the overall navigation and functionality of the site. It is also fairly quick at loading bulk information compared to other CRMs i've used such as Microsoft Dynamics 365. I also like the customization aspect of it - you can totally redo the dashboards and available buttons on the side if you don't like the default set up. You can also change the color schemes and really make it your own CRM.
