The HOGART WHITE LIST program for VAT payer verification The program automatically checks contractors to see if they are registered on the White List of VAT payers. The application automates the batch process of vendor checking not only in National Tax Administration, but also verification in VIES and KRS, CEIDG, etc. databases. The system informs about the current or historical statuses of taxpayers from our databases. Verification activities are made based on a user-defined schedule and all verification results are sent to the e-mail addresses defined within the application setup.
Hogart SAF-T software is a complete solution for advanced processing of generation SAF-T format files (XML) along with the technical data validation to the XSD schemas. Hogart SAF-T is also a repository of generated and submitted data together with the possibility of the recall, viewing, filtering and grouping.
Hogart ZSMOPL is an integrated Monitoring System for Medicinal Products application used for a new type of reporting in Poland, required by the Ministry of Health. It collects data details of any movements of medical products, such as sales, purchases, material movements etc. Those data then are automatically send in appropriate requested XML file structure to Ministry of Health portal on daily bases.
In Hogart Active Taxpayer, you just point to the file/source of data for verification. For a JPK/ SAF-T (XML Standard Audit Tax File) file, the system will automatically find the Tax Identification Number (in Poland the so-called NIP number) and verify it. The database version is pre-integrated with FMS SunSystems, SAP, WF-Mag, Simple, JD Edwards and many other FK / ERP systems.
Hogart RoadTax enables variants of road taxes for different localizations to be calculated. In this way, one can optimize the process. It can easily be integrated with financial and accounting systems and also with banking systems to automate the process of generating tax payments in tax offices.
Hogart eDeclarations module enables the automatic generation and delivers VAT declarations in the appropriate XML file structure to the Ministry of Finance tax portal. It enables full process controls at every stage from data preparation, verification, data export/import to approving (certificate integration), sending and even receiving UPO – official confirmation of receipt.
