As far as multi-touch attribution software goes, HockeyStack is the best. Hands down. You have the ability to understand which channels are contributing to MQLs, SALs and actual closed/won opportunities. It's helped us understand where to put more budget, where to put less and how we might optimize channels that are underperforming. I especially like the lift reports that help us understand the impact a particular piece of content, or campaign or channel has on a prospect becoming a SQL or closed/won opportunity. It's amazing!
